Job description
- Participate in public procurement commissions, provide comments on drafts of public procurement conditions and other related documents;
- Prepare drafts of the University's public procurement contracts;
- Ensure the solution of legal problems related to the execution and/or termination of public procurement contracts concluded by the University;
- Examine inquiries, claims and prepare motivated answers to their applicants;
- Perform other functions related to the application of public procurement law.
Employee requirements
- Have a university education in the field of law;
- At least 2 years of legal work experience in the field of public procurement;
- To be able to speak and write the state language well;
- To know English;
- Be able to analyze and summarize information, fluently presenting ideas in writing and orally.
- Have good analytical, organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Be able to effectively plan and organize your activities;
- Be able to prepare documents in compliance with the Document Preparation Rules, approved by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the document preparation rules;
- Work with a computer in the Windows operating system environment, including working with Microsoft Office suite programs (word, etc.) and using Internet browsers as well as e-mail programs;
- Be responsible, diligent, open to innovation and change, have excellent communication skills.
