Nature of work

analyzing the conditions of public procurement tenders;
communication with purchasing organizations regarding ongoing tenders;
communication with contractors, subcontractors;
ordering the necessary certificates and other documents;
preparation of commercial proposals;
verification and preparation of tender documents and compliance with qualification requirements, -
submission (CVP, CPO and other systems);
clarification of information related to the offer, preparation of explanations, requests, claims;
competitive environment and market analysis;
systematization of collected information.

higher education (advantage – law or construction engineering);
at least 2 years of work experience in the field of public procurement (advantage - construction field);
user skills of working with CVP information systems;
excellent computer skills (MC Office programs);
ability to correctly prepare documents in the national language;
knowledge of the specifics of public procurement and interest in the latest practice;
professionalism, independence, attention to detail, analytical thinking.
