Nature of work
- Preparation of public procurement documents and documentation of the procurement process;
- Participation in the work of the public procurement commission and execution of the procurement procedure;
- Counseling of the company's employees on public procurement issues;
- Resolution of other issues related to the execution of public procurement.
Employee requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating public procurement and the ability to apply them;
- At least 1 (one) year of experience in the field of public procurement;
- Higher university education;
- Fluent and well-argued teaching of thoughts in writing and orally;
- Analytical thinking, organization, orientation to results, efficiency and customers;
- Fluent Lithuanian language;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to collect, systematize, summarize information;
- Certificate of procurement specialist issued by the Public Procurement Service (advantage).
