Manager of public relations/communication projects

Preparation, planning and implementation of the company's communication strategy
Selection and management of the most effective communication channels and tools
Content creation, adaptation, administration of social networks
Website administration, support and development
Collection of significant information from the company's departments, systematization and preparation of the newsletter
Creating quality content for internal communication channels and organizing distribution
Feedback from the community (cooperative members and employees) strengthening engagement
Finding and maintaining relationships with the media, opinion leaders and other audiences
Prepares the annual communication budget and controls its implementation.
Initiates support/charity projects
Manages public relations (communication) projects and prepares a plan for this activity
Prepares information material for the media, as well as press releases, material for the company's annual reports
Media monitoring.
Organizes activities related to the presentation of the company to market participants.

Higher university education (in the fields of communication, journalism, philology)
2+ years of experience in the field (a plus in a large company)
Experience in organizing and implementing communication projects
Experience and skills in project management and event organization
Communication, cooperation competence, flexibility, proactivity, independence, orientation to results
