Express Heroes invites a Local Transport Manager to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Business development, development in the Baltic region.
- Maintaining existing cargo flows and carriers;
- Development and implementation of the expedition strategy;
- Organization of team work, delegation of tasks, support, development;
- Providing proposals to optimize the operational processes of the expedition group.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the local market of the Baltic countries.
- Work experience in a leading position (advantage);
- Knowledge of contract machine pricing
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation skills, ability to form and motivate a team.
