Senior salesman/manager of Vilnius store (technical goods)

Stafferty's client - a company that offers tools, equipment and heavy equipment for professionals, is inviting a new colleague (s) to join its cool team, the Senior Salesman/Manager of the Vilnius store:

Nature of work:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the store;
  • Implementation of sales plans, ensuring the quality of customer service and the achievement of other set goals;
  • Team formation: if necessary, selection of employees, training, creation of a good atmosphere in the team;
  • Organization, planning and goal setting for the store team, evaluation of results;
  • Ensuring team motivation and orientation to results;
  • Ensuring product balances, proper product presentation, attractive store image;
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Successful experience of similar work in managing a retail chain store or its department;
  • Knowledge of trade process assurance standards;
  • Expertise in retail trade, knowledge of working with the cash register, accounting for the movement of goods, inventory and other aspects of retail trade activities;
  • Leadership, ambition and ability to motivate the team to achieve sales results and provide excellent customer service;
  • Excellent planning, organization and control skills;
  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Demand to yourself and others, ability to set goals and achieve them.

Salary

1300-1400 €/mon. net
The salary will depend on the available qualifications and work experience, and the motivating bonus system will depend on the results achieved.
