Leading and motivating a sales department team of 30 people.
Organization and development of regional stores.
Training and motivation of consultants.
Planning of product orders to achieve goals.
Analysis of the competitive environment.
Participation in improving the company's assortment together with the sales team.
Requirements:
Successful experience in developing sales and organizing the work of a sales team.
Ability to motivate and train sales staff.
Motivation to achieve the highest goals in sales.
Resistance to stress, organization and initiative.
Excellent negotiation and customer needs determination skills.
Driver's license.
