Nature of work:
- Leading and motivating a sales department team of 30 people.
- Organization and development of regional stores.
- Training and motivation of consultants.
- Planning of product orders to achieve goals.
- Analysis of the competitive environment.
- Participation in improving the company's assortment together with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in developing sales and organizing the work of a sales team.
- Ability to motivate and train sales staff.
- Motivation to achieve the highest goals in sales.
- Resistance to stress, organization and initiative.
- Excellent negotiation and customer needs determination skills.
- Driver's license.
