We are looking for a cook for a daytime lunch cafe in Klaipėda
Employee requirements
- Responsible approach to work, real understanding of what it means to work in a team.
- Quick orientation and response to sudden problems by applying the most suitable solution;
- Experience working as a cook in a public catering establishment
- Acceptance of raw materials
- Food production according to technological descriptions
- Work on both hot and cold dishes
- Keeping the kitchen clean;
- Preparation of food products for cooking
- To ensure the quality of prepared meals
- Know the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating food handling safety and hygiene requirements, know the Good Hygiene Practice Rules
- Be able to work in a team, be able to respectfully express ideas, be interested in the current affairs of your profession

About Enter Cafe:
- We are a self-service cafe
- Basically, we concentrate on preparing daily lunches for people who dine in the cafe and delivery for legal entities.
- We feed about 350 people every day (cafeteria + takeout)
- We offer two soups, five hot dishes, a salad bar and several desserts in our assortment every day.
- 3 full-time cooks, a kitchen manager and 1.5 full-time 2 dishwashers work in the kitchen
- 3 people work directly with customers
- We work only on weekdays. Weekends and holidays are free.
