We will entrust you with being responsible for:
- Production of hot and cold dishes, based on the requirements of the technological process of the products;
- Validity control of food products;
- Tracking food product residues;
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards;
- Responsibility for food quality and presentation.
We expect from you:
- At least one year of work experience in the kitchen;
- Knowledge of raw material processing and correct food preparation technologies, their storage and storage conditions;
- Knowledge of health, hygiene and sanitation standards;
- Orientation towards a quality result;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Orderliness, honesty, responsibility;
- Possibilities to work with a changing work schedule;
- Experience in preparing buffets/banquets is an advantage.

III-VI from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
