- To form and train a team for the successful start of the restaurant "Stebuklai" in Nida;
- Ensure smooth kitchen work, efficient food production process;
- Actively participate in the daily life of the restaurant, be able to distribute tasks, lead a team, promote cooperation;
- Taking care of raw material orders, introduction of new recipes and dishes, following the philosophy of the "Stebuklai" restaurant;
- Ensure the accuracy of restaurant documentation, compliance with hygiene rules in the kitchen.
Employee requirements
- Have the opportunity to participate in training at the "Stebuklai" restaurant in Vilnius for 2-3 weeks;
- Have experience in the field of food production and management;
- Be communicative and be able to effectively communicate with different types of employees;
- Have good organizational skills, responsibility and initiative;
- Be able to solve problems independently.
