Personnel selection (in cooperation with the personnel manager), planning their work by connecting the need for employees with seasonality;
Cooperation with other heads of the company's departments;
Control of the creation of technological cards and ensuring all requirements regulated by VMVT;
Personal quality control of catering services;
Ability to assist kitchen staff during extremely busy periods.

Employee requirements
Higher/higher education in food production technology or similar work experience;
Work experience in a similar sr. at least 5 years old;
Willingness to do active work and achieve results by personal example method (we are not really looking for an office manager);
The ability to assemble a team (10-30 employees depending on seasonality) and motivate it in changing workloads;
Knowledge of the technological requirements of food production (technological cards, VMVT documentation);
Ability to work on a variable schedule depending on the scope of work
Place of work Palanga (Sventoji), Curonian path 1.
