Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing the work of the kitchen team, ensuring the provision of adequate food service;
  • Team selection, training, comprehensive preparation before starting work in the department;
  • Independent planning and preparation of meals according to the approved menu, in compliance with technological requirements;
  • Ensure that products are used in production in compliance with the FIFO principle;
  • Planning, ordering, control and balance management of required raw materials;
  • Compliance with food safety and hygiene rules and constant control;
  • Coordination of additional events, preparation of estimates according to the needs expressed by the client;
  • Representation of the company in meetings with the client's representatives when presenting the results of the week, month or other period;
  • Active participation in offering new sales solutions to improve the quality of the service provided;
  • Preparation of monthly reports, coordination of spreadsheets and other accounting documents of the department;
  • Other tasks assigned by the head of the catering department and his deputy in food production, ordering goods, control of balances and relevant other processes.

We hope you:

  • You have at least 5 years of successful work experience in the field of food production;
  • You have obtained a secondary education with the profession of a cook or a chef's qualification;
  • You are able to assemble, manage, motivate and maintain a team under changing workloads;
  • You are able to work with a computer (Microsoft Office basic program package, SH4, Vikarina);
  • You are communicative, so representing the company in meetings and communicating with clients would not be difficult for you;
  • You are independent, resourceful and focused on service quality.
