The ISS Lietuva team invites a KITCHEN manager to join who wants to improve and achieve the set goals together.

Place of work - Laisvės pr., Karoliniškės, Vilnius. Working hours - Monday-Friday.

Your main responsibilities:

🔷 Organization of the work of the kitchen team, ensuring the provision of adequate food service;
🔷Selection of personnel, training, comprehensive preparation before starting work in the department, quality assurance of work;
🔷 Creation and execution of production plans, allocation of resources and their efficient use, presentation and analysis of results;
🔷Other tasks assigned by the head of the catering department and his deputy in food production, ordering goods, control of leftovers and other processes.

✅You have at least 5 years of successful work experience in the field of food production;
✅You have obtained a secondary education with the profession of a cook or a chef's qualification;
✅You are able to assemble, manage, motivate and maintain a team with changing workloads;
✅You are able to work with a computer (Microsoft Office package of basic programs, SH4, Vikarina);
✅You are communicative, so representing the company in meetings and communicating with clients would not be difficult for you;
✅You are independent, resourceful and focused on service quality.

2300-2900 €/mon. gross
Salary will be discussed individually during the job interview.
