VISUAL ARTIST, "H&M" store in Vilnius, full-time

As a fashion lover, you will follow the latest trends and perfectly present stylish clothing combinations, focusing on the customer in everything you do.

And also you:

• You plan and implement all store campaigns and activities together with the store team, following the "H&M" guidelines;
  
• You ensure proper product placement and visual presentation in the sales floor, creating clear stories and wearable clothing combinations;
  
• You check and replenish stock levels in the salesroom, ensuring that all sizes and models are readily available to customers;
  
• You maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding and arranging clothing
  
• You analyze store KPIs and take action to achieve our business goals
  
• You train the team in visual and commercial skills;
  
• Together with the store team, you comply with all H&M policies and legal requirements.

We know you are positive, creative and in love with fashion and style. Simultaneously:

• Are you interested in fashion and current fashion trends;
  
• You have experience in trade (fashion trade would be an advantage);
  
• You are able to create inspiring images and style;
  
• You are a team player, you enjoy cooperation with other team members.
  
• You can perform several tasks at the same time - you thrive in a dynamic environment;
  
• You have good communication, commercial and analytical skills.
  
• You are open, flexible and adaptable to changes.
  
• You have knowledge of the English language, you can communicate in writing and orally;

The workload is full-time.
Working hours on weekdays, from 7 am to 4 pm. , exceptions are possible.
