As a Voice of Customer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements across our products and services. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the customer’s voice is heard and acted upon.

- Participation in projects related to the improvement of customer data and contact quality;
- Collection and analysis of customer feedback from different channels (surveys, reviews, complaints);
- Identification of trends and insights from customer feedback;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams at a Baltic level aiming to improve customer satisfaction;
- Development and maintenance of communication templates for customer interactions;
- Monitoring and reporting on customer experience metrics;
- Implementation and support of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
