BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
organization of efficient and uninterrupted company activities;
making strategic decisions in the field of business development;
management of financial decisions of the organization, control of the annual budget;
personnel administration, increasing employee engagement and training planning;
ensuring established processes and standards;
analysis of the company's performance, examination of the competitive environment, search for new market channels and opportunities.

WE HOPE YOU:
you have at least 2 years successful organizational management experience;
you have obtained a higher education;
you have knowledge and experience in the field of transport engineering;
you are able to manage the financial flows of the company, plan the budget;
you are strategic, analytical, quick to react and adapt to innovations;
you are characterized by leadership, independence, you are flexible when making decisions;
you can communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
