BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- management of all personnel of the complex (restaurant, hotel, night club), i.e. i.e. organization, planning, control of their work;
- smooth and comprehensive management of the company's activities, i.e. i.e. commerce, service quality, budget management;
- creation and maintenance of service standards, coordination of all quality control issues;
- providing proposals for customer loyalty programs, attracting new customers.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you are at least 3 years old. experience in a leading position in the service/tourism sector;
- you have obtained a higher education;
- you have excellent organizational skills, knowledge of customer service standards, financial literacy;
- you are able to delegate tasks, motivate employees, proactively solve problems;\
- you have a B cat. driver's license.
