We will trust you with:
- ensure the smooth functioning of the company's daily operations and all administrative processes.
- administer individual NordSpace business parks/projects/SPV companies: supervision, insurance, settlements, reporting to the fund management company and external authorities.
- plan the company's finances and carry out budgeting and cost control.
- organize contractual relations with external service providers: IT, personnel, law, transport, office, etc. service providers of support functions.
- to represent the company when signing the transactions of purchased new plots, to order the services of lawyers and notaries.
- organize the proper preparation and storage of company documents (contracts, financial statements, extracts from the Register Center, insurance documents, project documentation, etc.)
- monitor the results and key indicators of the company/projects, provide information to shareholders.
- evaluate and increase the efficiency of internal and external operational processes.
We hope you:
- has acquired a higher education (preferably legal);
- can enjoy similar work experience or in the role of a lawyer;
- you demonstrate excellent organizational qualities, attention to details, diligence, responsibility;
- you have mastered Lithuanian and English language skills.
Salary
From 2500 €/mon. net
