- Participation in job interviews
- Integration of new employees
- Conducting periodic interviews with employees
Managing different teams and their managers:
- Cooperation with department heads of the company in order to ensure smooth work of teams
- Development and implementation of motivation strategies
Implementation of quarterly and annual goals:
- Management of strategic planning processes and goal setting
- Development and implementation of business development and growth strategies
Setting goals for different teams, monitoring the implementation of goals:
- Analysis of the results and preparation of appropriate action plans
Additional duties:
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
- Representation of the company and participation in the most important events and meetings
- Financial activities and budget management
- Promotion of innovation and implementation of new technologies in company processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in senior management positions
- Higher university education in business administration, management or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing conditions
- Fluent in spoken and written English
