Ensuring the successful operation of the company (operational work, not creating strategies);
Leadership and cooperation with department heads in order to guarantee a very high quality of services;
Daily (personal) quality control of the services provided (we do not need an "office" manager);
Compilation of the company's operating budget and its successful execution;
Communication with VMVT, VMI, SODRA in order to ensure the smooth operation of the company;
Management of personnel selection processes;
Providing activity reports to the company's shareholders.

Employee requirements
Higher Education;
Knowledge of the specifics of the job while performing analogous managerial work;
Experience working in a large similar sr. is REQUIRED. in the company (hotels, sanatoriums, restaurant chains or large restaurants, leisure services);
Pedanticism, accuracy, exactingness;
Inner energy and hyperactivity;
Ability to implement change;
Financial literacy;
Excellent computer skills;
Possibility to work on weekends during the season (free days - Tuesday, Wednesday).
Knowledge of the specifics of the job while performing analogous managerial work;
