In Lithuania, the company is a leader in the trade market of professional cleaning products for home users, is expanding its store network, and is constantly looking for innovative, but at the same time, sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions.
At the moment, the company is strengthening its team and is looking for a responsible, experienced and successful Chief Operating Officer.

Nature of work:
- Management, development and improvement of the organization's main processes and functions;
- Company budget management, strategic planning of future finances and cost control;
- Participation in the development of the company's strategy, implementation of strategic projects, change management;
- Active involvement in new product development, sales and pricing formation processes;
- Team management, formation and maintenance of tasks and KPIs, team motivation and training.
Requirements for candidates:
- Successful, at least 3 years. experience of managerial work in a similar position (preferably in the trade or service sector);
- Experience in budget management, financial strategy development and the ability to plan and control the company's expenses and financial indicators;
- Higher education (in economics, finance, management);
- Ability to manage changes and challenges, orientation towards continuous improvement of activities and improvement of results;
- Strong leadership, management and people skills;
- Positive and open approach to sustainability and innovation.
