The largest travel organizer in the Baltic States "Novaturas" invites to join the team Mr. representative in Turkey for the long summer season (March-November).

Employee requirements
- Work experience of a travel organizer representative is mandatory. Work experience of a representative in Turkey is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian languages. Additional languages are just a plus.
- Driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Initiative, helpfulness.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of travelers and working conditions.
- Excellent skills in managing stressful situations and conflicts.
Nature of work
- Customer service for leisure air travel in Turkish resorts.
- Supervision and coordination of all service processes with local partners.
- Assistance to travelers in solving problems.
- Conducting tours.
