Nature of work

serve cafe customers, ensuring a high customer service culture;
carry out orders for bar goods;
to make proposals for improving the cafe's activities;
implement the cafe's activity plans and set goals;
manage documentation related to cafe activities (order acceptance documents, write-offs, filling out technological cards, accounting control and the like);
maintain a culture of cooperation with the kitchen;
train and supervise service personnel;
to ensure order and cleanliness in the cafe.

Working hours Mon-Fri from 8 am. until 5 p.m.

work experience in a public catering establishment;
knowledge of accounting and skills of working with a cash register;
excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
good customer service skills;
organization, communication, creativity, responsibility and initiative;
ability to work in a team;
good computer skills.
