BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Implementation and control of accounting of the group of companies;
- Formation of accounting policy;
- Ensuring the smooth work of the accounting department (a team of 5-10 people);
- Confirmation of payment orders;
- Formation of provisions;
- Compilation of financial reporting;
- Consolidation;
- Loans, factoring;
- Ensuring timely financial audit of the company;
- Automation and efficiency of accounting processes.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have obtained a higher education (in the fields of accounting, finance, economics);
- You have more than 4 years of work experience. in the position of accountant;
- You know the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate accounting;
- You have experience working with program implementation issues, digitization, accounting improvement processes;
- You have analytical thinking, you are proactive, you have the ability to initiate and manage changes.
