- Formation and implementation of accounting policy.
- Organization of subordinate employees' work, workload distribution and control.
- Complete organization of the company's accounting: from initial documents to the preparation of financial statements.
- Preparation and submission of financial, tax, statistical reports to management and state institutions.
- Calculation, declaration and payment of company taxes.
- Providing information to the company's external auditors.
- Provision of consolidated financial statements.
- Improvement of accounting processes and procedures, digitization and provision of proposals to ensure more efficient work.
- Consulting the company's employees on accounting and tax matters.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education in accounting, finance or economics.
- You have at least 5 years of successful Mr. accountant's work experience;
- You have the motivation to improve processes and achieve efficiency.
- You are able to apply modern information technologies at work.
- You work well with the accounting program Axapta (would be an advantage).
- You are analytical, diligent, proactive, a team leader.
- You are able to analyze, summarize information, prepare reports, conclusions and justify your opinion.
