A rapidly growing international company is currently looking for reinforcements in the finance department and invites an accountant to join the team. accountant.

Job description and responsibilities:

Ensuring full, smooth and efficient management of the company's accounting in accordance with the legal acts and internal policies of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting;
Timely preparation of tax declarations, financial and statistical reports, submission to company managers, state and financial institutions;
Review, control and optimization of accounting processes.
Participation in company audit processes;
Reconciliation and verification of bank payments;
Consulting employees of the finance department on accounting and tax issues;
Multi-faceted assistance to employees of the finance department, ensuring timely and proper bookkeeping;
Other work of the finance department.

Position requirements:

Higher university education in finance/accounting/economics;
You have a successful accountant/manager. experience as an accountant in an international company (at least 3 years);
Knowledge of English and Russian (written, spoken – B2 and higher level);
You have successful experience working with different accounting programs - experience with the accounting program Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision) would be considered a strong advantage;
You have excellent Microsoft office (Excel) skills;
Knowledge of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, taxes, VAT law, import and export procedures and legal acts regulating company activities and constant interest in innovations;
Responsibility, diligence, analytical skills;
Initiative, independence, positive thinking, ability to work in a team.
