We are looking for a talented and diligent person who can fill this important position and competently replace our young and energetic colleague Aistė, who decided to move to a well-known company in order to achieve career heights. We want to find not only a competent Chief Accountant, but also a leader who is able to innovate and bring new ideas to our finance department for the improvement and success of our joint operations.
Nature of work
● Formulation of financial and accounting management policy and ensuring its smooth operation.
● Preparation of the company's and its group's budget, analysis and presentation of conclusions and proposals to the company's management and board.
● Organization, management and control of full accounting (from initial documents to full financial reporting), working together with 2 accountants in a team.
● Accounting for other accounting work (long asset accounting, fuel accounting, etc.).
● Preparation and submission of tax and statistical reports.
● Other operations related to accounting and company finances.
● Preparation of the company's and its group's budget, analysis and presentation of conclusions and proposals to the company's management and board.

Requirements
● High-level financial and accounting knowledge.
● At least 3 years of experience in the position of chief accountant.
● Experience with accounting of temporary workers is a big advantage.
● Good understanding of Rivilė and practical experience working with this program.
● Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
● Ability to effectively manage the finance team and ensure a smooth work process.
● Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers from different fields.
● High sense of responsibility, honesty and ethics.
● Strive for continuous improvement, learning and implementation of new best practices in the field of finance.
