A Stafferty client invites a Chief Financial Officer to join her team!
Job description:
- Full assurance of the company's accounting management in accordance with accounting regulations and internal policies;
- Ensuring the smooth work of the accounting department (subordinates 5 people), distribution of work functions;
- Formation of the company's financial goals;
- Cash flow planning and funds management;
- Timely closing of the month and year;
- Preparation and submission of financial, tax and statistical reports, declarations to state institutions;
- Work with credit companies.
Requirements:
- Higher accounting/ financial/ economic education;
- At least 5 years of work experience in finance or accounting;
- Financial analysis skills;
- Knowledge of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and the ability to apply them properly;
- Excellent skills in working with the MS Office package and experience in working with an accounting program (advantage: Agnum);
- Excellent abilities to collect, structure and analyze information;
- Strategic, analytical thinking, responsibility and diligence;
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills;
