- UAB „Holmbergs Safety system“
Nature of work
- Effective work planning and organization of engineers
- The person responsible for that newly created project has test plans in place that confirm compliance with legal requirements
- Search for evaluation and industrialization of new equipment.
- New products – designing prototypes and updating existing drawings in Solid Work
- Orders of existing components/products for new tools/repair of old ones, evaluations and industrialization.
- Active participation in layout and production flow streamlining
- Contribute to quality and production teams in developing root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
- Assist in the preparation of a new product in the MPS system as needed
- Investigation of non-conformities, preparation of preventive plans and non-conformity management control
- Participation in process optimization, application of Lean and 5S
- Management and implementation of external and internal audits
- Participation in the analysis of possible errors and their consequences (FMEA)
- Responsible for measurement system analysis (MSA)
- Help establish a standardized manufacturing procedure, creating efficiency and cost control
Employee requirements
- Technical – Engineering education
- Skills in the Solidworks program (prototype design, updating of floor plans) or
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of engineering and personnel administration
- Computer literacy
- Etiquette when communicating by phone or e-mail
- Good knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
- Very good communication and cooperation skills, result oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Responsibility, duty, initiative and ability to analyze
- Problem/conflict resolution
- 5 core tools experience/knowledge
- O.E.E (Overall Equipment Efficiency) experience/knowledge
- Work in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of the quality management system (ISO 9001 and IATF)
- LEAN and 5S
- T.P.M (Total Productive Maintenance) experience/knowledge.
