Nature of work
- Maintenance of company premises and territory;
- Taking care of fire inventory, environmental protection, work safety issues, preparing and submitting reports to institutions;
- Organization of purchase of goods and services related to farm management;
- Organization and control of the work of department employees.
- Heat management, electricity management, maintenance of water supply and sewage networks;
- Maintenance of swimming pools, preparation of documentation and submission to institutions;
- Equipment maintenance and repair organization.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher engineering or technical education;
- Similar work experience;
- Good organizational and team skills;
- Communication, responsibility, honesty;
- Occupational safety specialist certification, fire safety certificate;
- Advantage of having the listed certificates:
- The person responsible for the electricity economy;
- The person responsible for the heat economy;
- The person responsible for the gas farm.
