Schedule: I-F 9 a.m.-6 p.m., VI 9 a.m.-2 p.m. (40-day week, 2 days off)

1) Experience in trade
2) Experience in management or higher management positions (advantage)
3) Good work organization and delegation skills
4) Ability to learn quickly and solve problems creatively
5) Ability to work with a computer
6) Category B and own car (optional, but an advantage)

1) Strategic preparation of the monthly sales plan and planned action plan to achieve it together with the sales manager
2) Sale of furniture and mattresses in the "Senosios Baldinė" showroom: implementation of the sales plan and processes
3) Working with a team (two salespeople and a storekeeper will work with you): setting goals, achieving and documenting progress and results (monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of results and goals), drawing up personal sales plans
4) Trade supervision: receipt of invoices, checking of inventories, packing slips and warehouse with storekeepers
5) Store maintenance - display of goods, ordering and administration

From 1100 eur to 2200 eur, excluding taxes
