Your future tasks:

• professional customer service by phone and e-mail. by mail;
  
• assessment of customer solvency and submission of loan proposals;
  
• active sale of services provided by the company;
  
• maintaining contact with clients in order to ensure long-term cooperation;
  
• achieving and implementing sales goals;
  
• training of new team members to work with systems;
  
• consulting and assisting department colleagues in performing daily tasks;
  
• performance of tasks assigned by the direct manager;
  
• preparation of periodic reports and data.
  

Expectations for you:

• excellent communication and thinking skills, organizational and computer skills;
  
• responsibility, promptness, initiative and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  
• experience working in a similar field - an advantage;
  
• learn English and/or Russian.

Work schedule: work on a rotating day schedule (from 8 am to 8 pm) and weekends (10 am to 5 pm) (min. one weekend per month).

Hybrid work by separate agreement.
