We are currently inviting you to join the Special Services team, which is responsible for freight forwarding activities in the company, whose main task is to ensure the transportation of non-traditional shipments (oversized cargo, live, extremely urgent, temperature-controlled shipments, etc.).
Your main tasks:

Your main tasks:
- Execute sales plans by selling customers exceptional package delivery solutions, such as extra fast or weekend delivery, exceptional dimensions, heavy weight or high value cargo transportation;
- Search for new and communicate with existing customers;
- Coordinate cargo transportation by air and ground transport, if it is necessary to combine ground and air transport and administer cargo documentation;
- Cooperate with carriers, customs representatives and FedEx colleagues in other countries, ensuring the smooth execution of the service.

Requirements:
- you can quickly find a solution in all situations
- you are persistent and goal-oriented
- you are organized and understand the logistics processes,
- have excellent knowledge of English (written and oral).
Having IATA and / or ADR certificates would be a huge advantage.
