The white cake technical team is looking for reinforcements - MANAGER. TECHNICIAN - MECHANIC who wants to contribute to the efficiency of the technical department's activities and the organization of repair work.
WAITING FOR YOU:
- Smooth organization and maintenance of repair works;
- Assignment of tasks to employees and control of their performance;
- Ordering tools and details needed for work;
- Preparing the work plan, planning repairs, ensuring timely repairs;
- Process improvement;
- Prompt problem solving.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has a man. technician/mechanic work experience (work experience in the maintenance and repair of bakery production equipment would be a great advantage);
- You have acquired a technical/mechanical education;
- Know the constructions and principles of operation of production facilities;
- Able to read and understand technical drawings;
- You are responsible, proactive, motivated and able to motivate others;
- Has excellent communication, organizational, planning and leadership skills.
