Your main responsibilities will be:
- preparation and coordination of draft legal acts and internal (local) documents with the responsible state institutions,
- analysis of legal acts regulating the company's activities and preparation of proposals for their improvement,
- participation in strategic project activities related to legislative initiatives,
- monitoring and analysis of legal acts related to the project area,
- consulting employees on legal acts and preparation of internal (local) documents.
We expect you to:
- has a higher university education in the field of law (have Bachelor of Law and Master of Law qualification degrees or complete university studies in the field of law (equivalent to a Master of Law qualification degree) education),
- has 5+ years of legal work experience,
- has 2+ years of work in the field of drafting legal acts and internal (local) documents,
- you know the rules for drafting legal acts,
- able to independently plan activities in assigned areas, set priorities and achieve results,
- you know the rules for preparing documents,
- you are an attentive, responsible and proactive person,
- you communicate fluently in Lithuanian, have good English skills.

Salary
From 3500 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
