Your main responsibilities will be:
- preparation and coordination of public procurement contract, service provision and other contract projects,
- participation in public procurement commissions, providing comments to public procurement conditions, draft contracts and other related documents,
- provision of legal advice on execution of public procurement procedures, execution of contracts, design and other contracts, termination, change, (non)application of contractual liability and other issues of contract law,
- examination of supplier claims, preparation of responses to claims, representation of the company's interests in legal disputes/negotiations arising from the legal regulation of public procurement procedures and contract law,
- prepare and present methodical material on the practical application of contract, design and other contract provisions.
It would be great if you:
- has a higher university education in the field of law (have Bachelor of Law and Master of Law qualification degrees or complete university studies in the field of law (equivalent to a Master of Law qualification) education),
- has 5+ years of legal work experience,
- has 2+ years of experience working with public procurement and contract law. Working with contracts would be an advantage,
- able to independently plan activities in assigned areas, set priorities and achieve results,
- you know the rules for preparing documents,
- you are an attentive, responsible and proactive person,
- you communicate fluently in Lithuanian, have good English skills.
We offer:
- salary from 3500 EUR (before taxes). A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company,
- flexible work schedule, the possibility of mixed work, health insurance, additional vacation days,
- workplace at Kauno str. 22, in Vilnius, in the new business center K22.
