- organization and execution of public procurements;
- preparation of public procurement documentation;
- coordination of activities of the public procurement commission;
- examination of claims;
- effective communication with customers and suppliers, organization of negotiations;
- implementation of innovative solutions in the public procurement process;
- preparation of domestic legal acts.
We hope you
- you have at least 3 years of successful experience in organizing/executing public procurement;
- you are able to make decisions and work independently;
- you have a university degree in law (advantage)
- you know and are able to apply legislation regulating public procurement;
- you have analytical and strategic thinking;
- you have a procurement specialist certificate (advantage);
- you have experience in conducting/organizing purchases of international value according to the Price and Quality evaluation criteria.
