AREA OF IMPROVEMENT: Supervision of the implementation of the Connecting Europe Facility projects. You will evaluate and oversee projects in the field of transport (Rail Baltica and Via Baltica), as well as (if necessary) contribute to the supervision of projects in the field of energy (synchronization of the Baltic countries, etc.) and in the area of the digital sector (improvement of various state information systems).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the implementation of activities and public procurements carried out in the projects;
- Assess the appropriateness of declared expenses;
- Perform inspections at project implementation sites;
- Investigate discrepancies in project implementation and determine their nature and significance;
- Advise project executors on various issues of project implementation;
- Improve operational processes, prepare procedures/methodologies, contribute to the creation of legal acts;
- Evaluate project applications.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has very good knowledge and experience in conducting and/or supervising public procurement (advantage – contract procurement);
- You are able to fluently and correctly convey thoughts in writing and orally in Lithuanian;
- You know English well, because a significant part of the documents used for work are in English;
- Works with a computer, office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.);
- You have obtained a higher or equivalent education;
- Has experience in improving the internal processes of the organization.
THE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD HELP YOU:
- When preparing, evaluating and/or implementing projects financed with support funds;
- Related to construction and/or engineering (eg education in these fields).
WE OFFER:

- Salary from 2116 to 2645 euros (taxes included). We will negotiate a specific reward, and the result will depend on your experience and competences;
- Supplements (in case of increased workload), one-time payments (for long-term work at CPVA and recommended candidates) and allowances (in the event of an accident);
- The possibility to work remotely throughout Lithuania without limits, in European countries - up to 6 months. per year, if necessary and longer. However, some of the activities take place at the CPVA office in Vilnius;
