YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Perform and control the accounting operations of group companies in accordance with local standards and legal requirements.
- Account for profit tax, VAT and other taxes.
- Prepare and submit declarations to authorities.
- Create, improve and supervise the Company's accounting processes.
- Assistance in preparing financial statements and cooperation with corporate auditors.
- Be accountable to the chief accountant of the group.
WE HOPE YOU HAVE:
- University or higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
- At least 3 years of successful work experience as a senior accountant in an audited company or group of companies. * Basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, diligence and responsibility.
- Experience working with the accounting program RIVILE (we would consider it an advantage).
- Knowledge of English.
