We are currently looking for a Contribution Management specialist in Kaunas/Vilnius to join our team.

What will your working day look like?

• Administer the insurance premium debt management process, communicate with debt collection partners
  
• Prepare debt settlement documents for clients based on requests
  
• I will create and administer the payment deferral process
  
• I analyze and prepare regular management reports for the department's supervised processes
  
• I participated in the improvement and automation of the department's processes - you will make proposals, prepare change requirements, cooperate with other company departments to implement ideas and prepare process documentation
  
• In daily activities, you will work with effective management tools (LEAN methodology), monitor results, make suggestions for system development
