Nature of work
- Planning of projects and design work;
- Leading a team of 4-6 engineers;
- Independent coordination of technical tasks with clients;
- Checking drawings, specifications and production documentation;
- Making technological decisions, taking into account the construction standards valid in the shipyard;
- Working with the standards of classification societies (DNV, LR);
- Participation in the pricing process of shipbuilding projects;
- Independent collection of technical information;
- Irregular business trips (Norway, Holland).
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education in the field of ship design;
- Work experience in ship design;
- Knowledge of shipbuilding technology;
- Knowledge of detail production and assembly technologies;
- Excellent knowledge of structural materials used in shipbuilding;
- Experience with Autodesk AutoCad software;
- Experience with Cadmatic or other ship design software;
- Excellent knowledge of equipment and mechanisms used on ships;
- Work experience in ship equipment design;
- Good oral and written English skills;
- Experience in working with the Microsoft Office program package;
- You know how to work independently;
- You are diligent and responsible;
