Senior Engineer (Construction Organization and Demolition Projects Department)

What activities await you?

• participate in the implementation of construction, reconstruction, modernization, repair and demolition projects of nuclear power plants;
  
• analyze the condition of assigned NPP structures and provide recommendations regarding the repair, use or decommissioning of these buildings;
  
• check design and construction documents;
  
• organize and carry out technical supervision of buildings and territory belonging to the NPP, organize construction works of new and existing infrastructure, carry out their supervision, etc.

We hope that you:

• you have obtained a higher education in the field of construction engineering studies (or you have a certificate of manager in the main field of construction technical activity for structures of nuclear energy facilities);
  
• you have accumulated at least 3 years of practical work experience in the field of construction engineering;
  
• has any certificate of manager in the main field of construction technical activity (building group - non-residential buildings);
  
• you know the laws, regulations, technical regulations, norms and rules of the Republic of Lithuania in the field of construction;
  
• you know how to work with CAD programs (it would be your advantage);
  
• fluent in Lithuanian (knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage);
  
• IT technologies are required for highly intelligent work;
  
• you are responsible, dutiful, able to analyze, can balance independence and teamwork;
  
• there are no circumstances limiting employment relations, provided for in Article 50 of the Law on Nuclear Energy of the Republic of Lithuania. (personal data is checked after selection, before concluding an employment contract).

What do we offer you?

• personal and work balance: flexible work schedule, the possibility of remote work (50/50), flexible working conditions - the main place of work is at VĮ IAE, Visaginas or Vilnius office, Mėnulio st. 11. When the work needs to be carried out in Visaginas, the head office of the JV IAE, then we pay the travel and accommodation expenses;
  
• salary from 2,400 to 3,200 EUR (gross). The final reward will depend on your knowledge, experience and ability to understand the specifics of the job.
