Nature of work
Planning and optimization of accounting department processes;
Communication with banks and other financial institutions;
Planning of the company's financial flows;
Accounting of costs related to the purchase and export of goods;
Inventory accounting: purchases, sales, write-offs, inventory;
Accounting of costs related to the purchase and export of goods;
Preparation of Intrastat reports;
Control of payments and settlements;
Calculation of wages;
Preparation and submission of financial, tax, statistical reports to Finnish and state institutions;
Optimization and efficiency of accounting processes;
Providing information to colleagues;
Implementation of new good practices and search for solutions;
Preparation of regular and operational reports;

Employee requirements
Higher or higher education in accounting or economics;
Knowledge of VAS and TAS accounting standards and taxes;
At least 1 year of experience in keeping full financial accounting of a trading company;
Good skills in working with the RIVILE accounting program;
Initiative, independence, attention to details, thoroughness, ability to solve problems quickly;
Ability to work in a team, taking responsibility for assigned tasks;
Good computer skills (especially knowledge of basic MS Excel functions and their active application);
Knowledge of English is mandatory.
