Purpose of the position:
In his work, the senior assembler ensures the completion of assembly work for the Company's products on time, performs assembly accuracy and registration control.
Responsibilities and functions:
1. Analyzes and ensures sufficient reserve of the assigned product group:
1.1. With the help of the used computer programs, decisions are made regarding the replenishment of the warehouse.
1.2. Initiates assembly or reassembly works.
2. Accepts packaging blanks and registers them for storage.
2.1. Coordinates the actions between the Production units and the courier of the Product Assembling unit employee, who delivers the packaging blanks from the Production units.
2.2. Accepts blanks for storage, ensures the required storage regime and registers
packaging blanks.
3. Organizes the assembly process, controls assembly accuracy and registration and
registers completed products in the business accounting program and/or assembly protocols:
3.1. Organizes and performs preparatory and assembly work, controls their quality.
4. Identifies and labels non-conforming products and/or production equipment and informs groups
guide.
5. Performs warehouse accounting and/or inventory periodically or in case of recorded discrepancies.
6. Fills out assembly protocols correctly and on time.
7. Enters data into the business accounting program correctly and on time.

Requirements:
- Secondary education. Higher education is an advantage.
- English language (advantage).
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- 3 years packaging/completing experience.
- Experience in production or logistics department (advantage).
- Knowledge of the principles of management and maintenance of the equipment used in the department.
- Knowledge of the requirements of the quality management system standards (advantage).
- Knowledge of documentation principles.
