Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Senior Business Client Manager to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I will analyze and evaluate the possibilities of financing projects, look for individual solutions and prepare crediting projects;
• You will develop relationships with existing and potential business clients, promote sales of credit products;
• I will administer the documents of business clients, the files of granted credits, the fulfillment of client obligations;
• Communicated and cooperated with business clients and colleagues regarding the development of lending products and other banking services.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in finance or related fields;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Ability to assess and analyze the financial condition of business clients, credit risk;
• Have a desire to be interested in current affairs and news of the Lithuanian and European economy and business;
• Logical thinking and calculation abilities;
• Eloquence and the ability to present thoughts in an argumentative manner;
• Positive thinking, ability to cooperate and teamwork.
