Senior specialist in money laundering prevention

Nature of work:

  • analyze the information provided by supervised financial market participants to identify and assess the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing that may be faced by financial market participants, make proposals for risk management and supervision;
  • application of supervisory risk models related to PPTF risks, participation in their creation, implementation and improvement;
  • preparation of thematic reviews (analyses), analytical material on the activities of supervised financial market participants and providing and presenting information to third parties;
  • improve the risk assessment model and data analytics of financial market participants supervised by the department;
  • continuous supervision of supervised financial market participants in the field of money laundering and terrorist financing prevention.

We hope you have:

  • university education in economics, finance, statistics or mathematics;
  • at least 1 year of similar work experience and/or work with data analysis;
  • you know the requirements of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • good knowledge of English;
  • good working skills with MS Excel, PowerBI programs and other analytical tools (e.g. SQL, R programming basics);
  • initiative, analytical skills, creativity, ability to work both independently and in a team, conscientiousness, diligence, desire to improve.

Advantages:

  • experience and/or knowledge related to crypto-assets.

  • the amount of salary depends on available competences and work experience. DU range: : 2584 - 4221 EUR (gross);
