Nature of work
You would be responsible for:
- Preparation, coordination, adjustment of various contracts and internal documents;
- Participation in negotiations, support for legal transactions;
- Participation in legislative processes and ensuring compliance at Klaipėda University, taking into account relevant legal regulation;
- Review of public procurement conditions, preparation of claims;
- Counseling of employees on legal issues in various fields (contracts, handling of complaints, preparation of local legal acts, etc.);
- Analysis of legal situations;
- Establishments, reorganizations, mergers, accessions, etc. of legal entities;
- Identification and management of legal risks related to Klaipėda University's activities;
- Representation of the interests of Klaipėda University in external institutions and in relations with third parties according to competence and need.
Employee requirements
We expect you to:
- You have a university legal education;
- You have at least 2 years of legal work experience and are well versed in public procurement and civil law;
- You have strong legal argumentation skills, you are able to manage the legal part of complex issues, independently plan and organize your work;
- You are diligent, responsible and have analytical thinking;
- You know well and are able to apply the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
We offer:
From 2000-2560 EUR/month. before taxes (+ variable part).
The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and qualifications.
