Nature of work:
- Development of relations with the most important customers and search for new customers (trade networks, business customers, distribution networks, etc.);
- Organize and coordinate the work of the sales team (delegation of tasks, team training and motivation);
- Together with the team, participate in the development of sales strategy plans and their implementation;
- Track and analyze KPI changes of key customers (sales revenue, profit, margin, budgets);
- Prepare commercial offers, contracts and negotiations;
- Monitoring the competitive environment, providing insights and suggestions for improving results and optimizing operations;
We expect from you:
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in selling to large business clients and strong negotiation skills;
- You are able to easily establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
- You are able to work consistently, set KPIs for subordinate team members, cascade work, meet deadlines;
- You have good knowledge of English (oral and written, not lower than B2 level);
- Ability to work in a team and independently, orientation to the result;
- You have obtained a higher education in the field of economics, business management, sales;
- Similar work experience - necessary.
