Position Description
Your competences and experience
UAB "LTG Link" offers its employees
- Ensure and control the high-quality execution of technical maintenance, current, capital, unscheduled and additional repairs of rolling stock and their assemblies
- Organize production meetings with employees working in production, assign them production tasks and control their execution, analyze the reasons for non-performance, take measures to eliminate them
- Increase the team's engineering competences, develop the cooperation of engineers working in production and administration, share professional knowledge, rolling stock technologies, implemented innovations
- Participate in the preparation of production plans, coordinate the repair and operation of rolling stock engineering systems with other operational units
- Ensure the prevention of rolling stock switching and protection equipment, constantly analyze the defects of failing nodes and aggregates
- Prepare the technological processes of the fleet's computer control and diagnostic systems, software blocks, digital CAN lines and, based on data analysis, make proposals and defect inconsistencies
- Organize the implementation of regulatory documents and the requirements of the repair technological process
- Control and ensure proper and timely completion of technological documentation of production works
Your competences and experience
- Higher university technical education
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of engineering
- Knowledge of transport engineering
- Certified in safety and health issues as a structural unit manager
- Having a qualification category of protection against electric current up to 10kv voltage in electrical equipment (advantage)
- Having passed the examination of persons working indirectly related to railway traffic
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian, good foreign language (English/Russian) language skills
- Work with general purpose computer programs used in the company
