Position Description
Your competences and experience
AB "LTG Cargo" offers its employees
- Lead the team, ensure proper employee education, qualifications and performance management
- Ensure proper accounting of employees' working hours, control the creation and implementation of work and vacation schedules
- Ensure the planning, operational effectiveness and efficiency of rolling stock defects, technical maintenance, repair and production, products, including subcontracting services, quality control, instrumental measurements
- Organize and carry out internal non-conformance analysis, make suggestions for reducing non-conformities, coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, evaluate their effectiveness
- To ensure proper maintenance, technical service and inspection of measuring instruments
- Initiate and organize the purchase of tools for activities according to the established procedure
Your competences and experience
- Higher/higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of railway transport
- Knowledge and application of quality and environmental protection management standards
- Fluent Lithuanian, Russian/English language skills
- At least 1 (VT-1) qualification level of visual method of non-destructive testing (advantage)
- Knowledge of the requirements of railway normative documents regulating the quality area of rolling stock repair
- Computer and Microsoft Office program skills (strong MS Excel skills are an advantage)
- Knowledge of personnel management, worker safety and health, fire safety, environmental protection, railway transport and traffic safety legislation
